The Surgeon General has just confirmed that iResQ is good for you!
Wow. Things have been absolutely crazy here at iResQ! I guess we have all of our loyal customers to thank for that!
I don’t want to do it, but I feel like it only makes sense to have an iResQ Valentines Day Blog. I know, it’s cheesy, but it’s about to come your way!
Yesterday, while talking to one of my friends, I came to the realization that I am a 25 year old adult who has never had a Valentine. I have no idea what this says about me, my character, or my lack of character, but the truth is: I have never had a Valentine.
The more that I thought about it, the more I realized that I had never dated anyone during February. At first one may see this as a bad thing, but I am choosing to see this more as a “the glass is half-full” scenario.
Not being a woman myself, I have no idea what the opposite sex desires for Valentines Day. I remember when I was a kid, my mom always bought my sister and I huge bag of those nasty, chalky, flavorless candy hearts that say things like: “True Love,” “Be Mine,” “Hubba Hubba,” etc.
The bag of terrible candy seemed to work for my sister and I, but what do adults (woman mostly) really want for Valentine’s Day? Does a women really want a 24 Karat Gold Pendent Heart from Zales? Does every kiss really begin with Kay? Does your significant other really expect you to take her out to eat at that fancy fish place that’s $100 a plate? Who knows.
So, to all you men out there: Good luck! I hope you all have a great time trying to figure out what your special lady wants this Valentine’s Day. Just don’t screw up and get your Reservations and Heart Pendents before it’s too late. As for me, I will be sitting on my couch watching Pulp Fiction, snacking on a huge bag of chalky Candy Hearts stoked for the one night of the year I am glad to be single…
Take it easy,
