The iPad Has Landed

It’s the day that we’ve all been waiting for… the iPad is finally here!

That’s why I’m blogging from home on a holiday weekend. It’s taken me all day to put together the time to blog because I haven’t been able to put this thing down. And that’s not an exaggeration!

The iPad pretty much fits what I expected as far as design and function goes, but it’s a lot faster than I thought it would be. This thing is really fast. Also, the battery life seems to be pretty good since I have been using it mostly all day and it’s only down to about 60% from its original charge straight out of the box. Of course, I did have it connected to the computer for about 15-20 minutes transferring my music, pictures, etc..

So far my favorite iPad game is called “Let’s Golf!” It’s a really fun and good-looking game that plays in the style of one of my old favorites, “Hot Shots Golf” on the original Playstation. Now, if only they can come out with a game similar to Parappa the Rapper, we’ll be getting somewhere.

You’re probably wanting some evidence, so here are some pictures:

Finally!
The iPad is very sleek looking, like all Apple products.
The 3G version will be great for people on the go.

That’s it for now, folks. I hope everyone has a great holiday. We’ll have a lot more on the new iPad in the coming weeks, and we’ll have more iPad repairs available as we continue to obtain parts.

See ya,
