Hey folks. Welcome back. And bundle up, because winter isn’t relenting in Kansas. We at the Q were scraping snow off our windshields as of last Thursday. Yep, snow on May second. And third. Ah, the midwest. Well, it’s going to be wet this week, but at least it’ll be warm so we’re going to go ahead and call it spring. And that means a spring deal. For the month of May we’re repairing glass panels on your Unibody MacBook or MacBook Pro for a special discounted price. 13″ models are only $95 and 15″ models are just $105. Just check out the MacBook Pro repair services, click glass panel replacement and enter coupon code MAYDAY at checkout for your discount.
Have a great week everybody, and stay warm and dry.

Well, friends. It’s been an eventful few weeks here in Olathe, Kansas. Business is booming as usual, everyone is going crazy for the NCAA tournament and our annual office pool, and we’re bringing on several new techs to keep up with the workload from our loyal customer base. Stay tuned to meet the newbies. We’re following all the Apple product development rumors for you, and it’s looking more and more likely that a new iPhone or two will be at least announced if not available on shelves by summer 2013. We may, as the rumors have been suggesting, see a cheaper model made from alternative materials, or it may just be the yearly processor and feature upgrade in the form of a 5S. In the mean time, if you drop your iPhone 5, or for that matter your MacBook Pro, iPod or iPad, we’re here to help.
And for you particularly fanatical Apple nuts, you’ll be pleased to know a second Steve Jobs biopic has been green lighted, and in fact will beat the Kutcher film to the small screen. The interweb screen, that is. Before Jobs is released later this year, check out the self-proclaimed FiRST movie about Steve Jobs at Funny or Die, “iSteve”. Here’s a teaser:
Have a great week, everyone.

All right, everybody, we’re rolling into another week with another smoking deal. Does this look familiar?
If so, my most earnest sympathies. If you’re among the thousands of customers whose MacBook Pro glass panels we’ve already replaced, we appreciate the heck out of you. Since the introduction of the Unibody MacBook/MacBook Pro in 2008 we’ve been fixing cracked glass every day. With so many people stricken with broken glass, why not give a hefty discount? Through the end of next week, just enter the coupon code below at checkout for the broken glass deal of a lifetime. $120 for a new panel? No. $100? NO. $89??? N.O. That’s right, for the next seven days, if you order a glass panel repair, we’ll do the whole thing from start to finish for just $75. 13″ or 15″, doesn’t matter. $75. Pow. So hop on over to the Unibody MacBook Pro repair page and order up. Use the code “SHATTERED13″ for a 13″ Macbook or MacBook Pro, and “SHATTERED15″ for a 15″ MacBook Pro. And have a super week.

The wake of the iPhone 5 announcement and release is starting to settle down, and it’s back to business as usual for the Apple consumer. Love the new product, show off the new product to all your jealous friends, get tired of the new product and anticipate next year’s new product. Rinse, repeat. A few techs here at iResQ went ahead and ordered the iPhone 5 and it’s actually pretty great- if you haven’t had a chance to get your hands on one, find a cooler friend who pre-ordered, or go down to your local Apple store and fiddle around to your heart’s content. And we’re loaded up with parts with more coming in all the time, so if you are unlucky enough to drop it on concrete or in the pool, call us up. iPhone 5 diagnostics are available now with a whole slew of flat-rate repairs coming soon!
Have you heard the discussion about Apple looking into carbon fiber construction materials? I don’t know how much truth to lend to the rumors, but the combination of lightness and resilience would be great for consumers. That’s assuming Apple could keep costs down, which is a big question mark. Still, they could make the fastest, most fuel-efficient notebooks on the planet. Your boring old MacBook Pro would go from this:
to this:
Ok, not quite. But one can dream. Of Koenigseggs. Have a good week, everyone.
