We’re modest folks, but sometimes you need to pat yourself on the back a little for all your hard work. What am I talking about? Well, you’re lookin’ at it. We’ve allocated every last drop of our resources to overhauling our web site. It’s actually a COMPLETE overhaul — not just on the end that you can see, but also our order processing and customer management system has been updated.
Remember this little guy?:
Well, as much as we loved our old website, there comes a time where technology needs to be upgraded. Rest in peace, old friend.
Some of our staff members have been sitting in meetings for a long, long time to get this bad boy out. I’d say it’s worth the effort, wouldn’t you? Feel free to email me and let me know what you think. Special thanks to Keith the webmaster and our friends at IDP (who aren’t strangers to the spotlight).
Needless to say, all the folks who work here and aren’t busy on the phones or repairing your iPods, iPhones, PSPs, and Macbooks every day have been busy making the iResQ web presence a better place for you and me. We’ve made significant enhancements to the look, feel, and most of all, customer experience. You can read all about it from our press release (iPod & iPhone Repair Leader’s Improved Website Allows Order Tracking, Faster Turnarounds, New Repair Services) which includes a nice little tutorial video in case you are new to ordering on the web.
Don’t worry, we’re the same company with the same people. We just look a little different!

Hey everybody – how’s it goin’?It’s been a long time – too long really. I’ve just been slammed lately with iPhone, iPod and Portable repairs. Lot of people breaking stuff lately it seems like.Anyway summer’s almost here. My Royals are actually decent – they’re in first place. The Chiefs look to be absolutely terrible again. I thought their draft stunk but I’d love to be proven wrong. Geez – in about a month or so I’ll be starting my fantasy football research. Crazy how fast time flies.I’m headed up to New York City in a few weeks – might drop by an Apple store or two if time permits. I’m kind of excited for the possibility of a new iPhone. Lots of rumors swirling around but don’t ask — I know absolutely nothing official. We read the same stuff you do out there in the world of the internets.Other than that everything is just peachy. Hanging out with my friend Brad recording music and still playing with my band too. Slowly paying down my credit card and trying to put money away for the down payment on my next house in a few years. How’s that for some random stream of consciousness? Here’s my bi-monthly QPON. Just email me your web confirmation order number the QPON code “JOHN TESH” to email@example.com and I’ll give you 6 bucks off of your repair. As always, this does not apply to diagnostic services, just repairs.Hope you have a fantastic couple of weeks and I’ll leave you with this image:

It’s starting to look a little like summer here at the Q. I can’t tell you all how ecstatic this makes me feel, so I guess you will just have to trust me…
Anyway, in honor of the Dog Daze of Summer, I am going to post a picture of one of my favorite little pooches: The Black Spotted Egyptian Terrier.
Some of you out there in blog-land might recognize this handsome face. Why yes! As a matter of fact it is the Internet Sensation: The Man of the Hour! Good lookin’ little fella.
In honor of summer (and cute little pooches), iResQ will be here around the clock repairing iPods, iPhones, Macbooks, and PSPs. So, if your iPod got a little too close to the bottle of sunscreen that day at the beach, we will be here all summer offering you the same World Famous repairs that have made us World Famous.

Goodnight sweet prince.
One of our beloved iResQ employees, Jeff, just shaved off what was probably one of the greatest mustaches in the history of time and space.
It only lasted a week, but some of the guys here put him up to it, dangling the prospect of several free Culver’s Concretes in exchange for a week’s worth of mustache – Jeff accepted.
Anyway this will mark the end of my monthlong fascination with the men of iResQ and their mustaches. In honor of this, I would like to offer the QPON “JEFF’S MUSTACHE” for 6 bucks off of any repair. As usual, this does not apply to diagnostic services – only repairs. Simply email me your order confirmation number at firstname.lastname@example.org with the QPON code “JEFF’S MUSTACHE” and I’ll discount your order.
Have a great couple weeks and here’s my man Jeff and his beauti-stache (and the iResQ Blog sensation, Keith):

Hey how’s it goin’.
Don’t really have a whole heck of a lot to say today – sort of a blah week for me personally. I cleaned out my gutters on Saturday and left a ladder on the roof. I forgot to get the ladder down and of course the Kansas City area received gale-force winds the following day, and Hurricane KC blew through and fired the ladder down off of the roof and it thrashed my driver’s side mirror. Awesome. I did find a replacement on the ebays and will attempt to replace it myself.
What else is going on… yes my band played last Saturday night as well – first show since I got back from Germany last year. It went really well – sold out. We have been in the studio cutting our next album and accrued a ton of debt, so it was nice to play a big show and get ahead of the curve a bit and pay those debts.
Well that’s really all I got this week. We’ve been really busy here at iResQ taking care of iPhones, iPods and Portables. I think we’ll just keep it simple, since the blog is fairly simple this time around. Go ahead and email me the QPON ‘KEITH’ to email@example.com with your order number and I’ll knock 6 bucks off your order. As always, this does not apply to diagnostic services at all, only repairs.
Have a nice couple weeks – Mick
