How many people consider their phone an integral part of their daily lives now? Virtually everyone with a smartphone will admit they keep it with them almost constantly and rely on it for everything including taking family pictures, maintaining their work and social schedule, talking to friends across multiple platforms, budgeting, and entertainment. Considering the multitude of ways people are using their iPhone it makes sense that they would spend a large portion of their time looking at the crystal clear images on their tiny personal assistant. This is a calming and aesthetically pleasing activity for the most part until every glance is a reminder of an accident and trying to read email is more like trying to decode ancient hieroglyphics.
Don’t let one accident ruin the enjoyment of your phone for years to come. A cracked display rarely damages the way the phone operates, only how well you are able to see and interact with the device. You may think that if you can still get it to function then it isn’t worth the cost of a new iPhone to upgrade just so you can enjoy the image quality again. You would probably be right if that was your only option or if your enjoyment of something you use so often wasn’t part of the equation.
Consider how much happier you are when you are able to see what you’re doing without having to struggle. What amount of stress is added to your day each time you try to take a picture or send an email and are unable to do so without additional effort? How frustrated do you become when attempting to relax with a game or video on your commute only to find you are unable to do so? An item that is as heavily relied upon as an iPhone should bring you pleasure. If not pleasure at the very least it shouldn’t add stress to your day.
You may think you’re stuck with a damaged phone once the screen is a kaleidoscope of cracks from being dropped one too many times. After all, a new iPhone is prohibitively expensive and that must mean repair costs would be equally expensive, right? No! Fortunately, cracked screens are so common that many can be repaired in a short period for a fraction of the cost of buying a new phone. When the screen is beyond repair, a replacement screen can be installed at far below what a new phone would cost.
Don’t feel you are stuck with the stress of a damaged iPhone screen. Have it repaired and begin to enjoy your phone again.

People wonder why they should iResQ rather than the local repair shop down the street all of the time. They are tempted to just swing by that place and drop their device off and pick it up in a couple of days. Sure, sounds easy enough. Is it worth it, though? Probably not.
Why You Should Choose iResQ
After you understand what we do better, you’ll know why you’re better off choosing iResQ.
iResQ keeps you informed of your repair every step of the way. You start off with an email confirmation of your order. When we receive your device, we let you know. When we are working on your order and anything comes up that we believe you should know about, we call you. When we’re done with the repair, we email you to let you know that it’s being packaged up and sent back to you. Once it leaves our hands, you can always track the device with the tracking number.
You may immediately think that since you have to ship it that the 24-hour turnaround means nothing to you. It does, though. If you choose a shipping method of overnight, one day, or two days, you will receive your device in just one additional day added to that shipping time. That means if it’s overnight, you receive it the day after tomorrow. That’s faster than some of the local places can repair your device and have it ready for you to pick up!
We’ll break it to you – some of those small repair places in your community have people who have no idea how to repair an iPhone. They may be able to replace a screen if given enough time, but one false move, and the whole phone could be a brick. It’s happened, and it can happen to you.
Our technicians are trained extensively by people who know how to repair an iPhone. Once trained, they work on devices supervised by senior level trainers. It’s not until they have repair a large number of devices that they are able to do it by themselves.
This is something else we have to tell you – many of the small repair shops have very low quality parts. What happens when you have low quality parts? They break easily, so they don’t last as long. What that means is that you end up having to pay for another repair way before you should have to…
We ONLY use high quality parts. We know you pay for good service, so we believe that service includes good parts.
It’s obvious. iResQ gives you better service for your iPhone. Contact us now for more information on how we can repair your iPhone.

Since we like to ask about the story behind the damage to make sure we don’t miss any other problems with the phone, we often hear that they either dropped their device on concrete or in the pool.
This leads us to the obvious iPhone protection tips we want to remind you about:
Keep the protective cover on your iPhone.
Don’t hold your iPhone when you have other things in your hands.
Keep your iPhone far away all water (pools, oceans, ponds, slip n’ slides, etc.).
We love our iPhone as much as you do, so we know you don’t want to be without it for any time. This is why you may want to look into a waterproof cover for it. They have special containers that won’t allow water into them to protect the contents inside. These are perfect for water parks, but you can use them at any time.

Many people will wait weeks or even months before they decide to repair their device. This goes for iPads, tablets, smartphones, and iPhones. While the reasoning makes sense, the device still works when there’s a function that working or there’s a crack on it, but the risk is not worth it.
When you continue to use your device after it’s not working right, you risk something else not working because of that. Most of the functions in a device work together to enable you to do what you need to do. When one doesn’t work, another function may have to work harder or ineffectively.
For example, when you have water damage. Your speaker may go out, but what you don’t see is that the water has hit other mechanisms. At first, everything works fine, but after a while, you find that your Home button may not work, and then the touchscreen. As you can see, the problem just exacerbates.
The same thing happens with cracked screens. At first, a simple cracked screen may only mean a simple digitizer replacement, but after a while and more damage to the device, the LCD needs to be replaced.
What this all boils down to is that the longer you wait, the more damage occurs, and then the more money you have to pay to get it fixed. Instead of causing your device more damage and having to pay more for a repair, just get it fixed when it has one problem. It may seem inconvenient, but you’ll be glad you did.
Call us or find the repair you need here. We have a fast turnaround time, use quality parts, and have affordable prices. We’ll help you get the repairs you need, so you can protect your device from any further damage.

Many people are surprised to find out that iResQ is able to repair their device within 24 hours. While some people may think that means that we rush through the repair, which is not the case at all. We just know that you want your device fixed as soon as possible, and we have equipped our facility with the people and tools we need to make that happen. Learn a little more about how we repair your iPod, iPad, and iPhone with 24 hours here.
When someone who doesn’t know how to repair a device opens up an iPhone, iPod, or iPad, it’s likely the person will be very careful and slow. Deciding what to do, how to do it, and being afraid of breaking something else in the process can slow down the repair. This is a scary situation, which is why we make sure our technicians know exactly what they are doing.
Most of the technicians we hire already have experience working on mobile devices. We then train them here to work on all of the devices we offer services for. We hire and train as many technicians as we need to keep with the demand for our services because that is the way that we can get repair done within 24 hours.
Think about it: If we have 10 trained and experienced technicians working on devices, and they can get one done in around an hour, that means that they can get about 60 devices done in 24 hours. That’s a lot of repairs! If we had more than that number of orders, we would have more technicians. We are always adjusted the number of technicians we have because of that reason.
Of course, some repairs take longer than others, and that’s okay. We do take as much time as needed when it comes to repairs. If that means some of us have to stay late that day to finish up, so be it. What matters is that the customers’ get their devices in the time they expect.
At iResQ, our customers’ satisfaction is our number one priority. If ever needed more time with your repair, you would know and have an explanation. Sometimes additional parts are needed or some other issues may occur (i.e. weather), but we will always be open and honest with you about the progress.
