No, this is not a post about the Red Hat Society.
It’s no secret that we get a lot of compliments from our happy customers. For some reason, people just love to hit the “Reply” button after they get one of our confirmation emails and spill the beans. We think it’s great and encourage all our customers to let us know their thoughts. We have a full time staff replying to emails and picking up phones all day long.
Mr. Szulik’s iPod had a failing logic board and we took care of him, so he provided us with the following email:
B, came home from a challenging business day to find my repaired Ipod
awaiting me – just as you committed. Perhaps like many listeners, a
day without my music served by my Ipod is a like a day without color.
I am especially grateful for the time you took to speak with me to
explain the technical issue and your prompt response. End to end, the
iResQ experience was simple and successful. Please know I am grateful.
