Well there you have it. After a long time of waiting people finally get what they want. Apple announced today that they are now shipping new MacBook models with updated processors (Penryn) and MacBook Pros with new processors and new graphics chips giving up to 512mb of video memory. What surprised me was that they didn’t add LED backlit screens to the MacBooks, as far as the tech specs show. They did, however, add LED backlit LCDs to the new 17″ MacBook Pro.
