A Team of Certified Technicians
When someone who doesn’t know how to repair a device opens up an iPhone, iPod, or iPad, it’s likely the person will be very careful and slow. Deciding what to do, how to do it, and being afraid of breaking something else in the process can slow down the repair. This is a scary situation, which is why we make sure our technicians know exactly what they are doing.
Most of the technicians we hire already have experience working on mobile devices. We then train them here to work on all of the devices we offer services for. We hire and train as many technicians as we need to keep with the demand for our services because that is the way that we can get repair done within 24 hours.
Think about it: If we have 10 trained and experienced technicians working on devices, and they can get one done in around an hour, that means that they can get about 60 devices done in 24 hours. That’s a lot of repairs! If we had more than that number of orders, we would have more technicians. We are always adjusted the number of technicians we have because of that reason.
Of course, some repairs take longer than others, and that’s okay. We do take as much time as needed when it comes to repairs. If that means some of us have to stay late that day to finish up, so be it. What matters is that the customers’ get their devices in the time they expect.
At iResQ, our customers’ satisfaction is our number one priority. If ever needed more time with your repair, you would know and have an explanation. Sometimes additional parts are needed or some other issues may occur (i.e. weather), but we will always be open and honest with you about the progress.
