Well, this isn’t breaking news or anything now, but I would like to take a little time to talk about today’s announcement of the iPad 2. First and foremost, kudos to Steve Jobs for showing up. It’s sad knowing that his health has been an issue lately, but inspiring at the same time to see his dedication and commitment to his company and to all of us Mac users. I can’t really say much about it but THANKS STEVE!!
That aside, I am really impressed with the feature-set announced for the new iPad 2. “Thinner. Lighter. Faster. Facetime. Smart Covers. 10-hour battery.” I don’t want to get into too many details about it, you can read it all here, but the thing that excites me the most about the iPad to is the Garageband app. We already know what the iPad is capable of after hearing the Gorilaz’ album, The Fall, which was created on an iPad. Now the possibilities are even greater as far as music creation goes. Oh yeah, another thing I love…HDMI out!!!
Needless to say, iResQ will be offering a full line of services and repairs for the iPad 2 so stay tuned.
