Have a Heart, part III
Awesome, Mick. Congratulations. I’m totally for marriage. And tropical honeymoons. And redheaded bald fellas getting totally scorched on a beach. On a more serious note, however, I’m going to jump from one black tie event to another. I was out of the office Monday because I had the unfortunate task of attending the funeral of a good friend that I grew up with. Now before you think I’m just trying to bring everybody down, keep reading, because I have a point. My friend Justin was in a wheelchair most of his life with Muscular Dystrophy and, despite it being an awful and often torturous disease, he was absolutely one of the most joyous people I have ever had the pleasure to be around. Maybe you know someone like that. If you do, or even if you’re just sympathetic of heart, I’m issuing a special deal this week in honor those who push through adversity with the tenacity that many of us lack. If you make a donation to the MDA at any time before September 30th, I’ll take up to $40 off your next MacBook, MacBook Pro, or MacBook Air LCD repair. Whatever you donate, I’ll match up to $40 for your discount. You’ll just need to email firstname.lastname@example.org your order number and documentation showing your donation.
I know, I know. Me and my causes. But every little gesture helps, and at iResQ we care. Thanks everybody.
