If you’re a regular to the iResQ blog, you should know good and well by now that a good bulk of us at iResQ are Chiefs fans. Come football time, we get excited. This year in particular is especially exciting. With the lockout lifted just last Monday, the floodgates have been opened for free agent signing. One acquisition that the Chiefs made yesterday was well received. Steve Breaston, formally of the Arizona Cardinals, will sign a 5-year contract with the Chiefs tonight. Chiefs fans have been clamoring for the team to beef up their core receiving squad, and based on our first round draft pick in Jonathan Baldwin along with the recent acquisition of Breaston, it looks like the Chiefs are doing just that. Go figure, this is Todd Haley we are talking about.
Now the fact that we got Breaston, a proven receiver in the NFL, is great. The icing on the cake, at least for me, is this:
Don’t write this guy off. He’s not just a dumb jock, he’s a poet, and yes, a geek. Did you see him wearing a Voltron shirt at the beginning of the video? What about the Thundercats painting in the background? Or the Spiderman Fathead on the door? This is my type of guy. And this is just what we need in this town; a down to earth, geeked out ballplayer who will contribute more than just yards and touchdowns.
Ok ok, I hear ya. What does this all have to do with getting your Apple products fixed? What does this have to do with repairing your broken iPhone, your busted iPad 2, or the cracked screen on your MacBook Air? Well, the answer to that is….not much. I just like talking football. What I can tell you is that iResQ is doing better than ever. Not only are we performing a record amount of repairs (ESPECIALLY on iPads) we have more positive feedback than we can shake a stick at. Check out what our customers have been saying about us on the interwebs. Or, you can check out iResQ’s A+ rating with the BBB.
I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. Also don’t forget to watch this Sunday’s installment of the best sitcom of all time, Curb Your Enthusiasm.
